This documentation is relevant to WMWifiRouter version 1.20 and newer, and has been last updated to reflect the changes in version 1.25.

Setup wizard

The first time you run WMWifiRouter, the setup wizard will be triggered. This wizard will try to detect the available interfaces and settings of your device, and will then proceed with presenting you with a few basic configuration options.

This wizard will run only once, though if there have been changes to your device you may want to manually trigger it to run again by going to Options, Tools, Reset all settings in WMWifiRouter.
