Installation

There are two options for installation:

EXE (ActiveSync) installer, to be used from your personal computer
CAB installer, to be used directly on your device

To install using the EXE-based installer, make sure your device is connected to your computer by USB cable or Bluetooth and run the EXE on your personal computer. This will install the program on your device.

To install using the CAB-based installer, download or copy the CAB file to your device and run it on your device itself to install it.

On some devices, wifi has to be turned on before starting the installation to install successfully.

Note that if you are a user of WMWifiRouter v0.91 or earlier, you should uninstall that version before installing the new version.

Also note that currently, installation of a new version will overwrite all settings from the old version.

Making a full backup of your device before installing WMWifiRouter (or any other software) is advised.
