Push e-mail solutions, like Microsoft Exchange, Verizon Wireless Sync and Blackberry Connect (BBConnect) can interfere with WMWifiRouter's operation. They can be the cause for frequent disconnect as well as the software not operating at all. Only a small portion of users are affected by this, but so far a solution has not been determined, other than disabling the push e-mail software.

Blackberry Connect is a special case. Some users have reported WMWifiRouter does not work at all when BBConnect is installed, while other users have no issues at all with both of them operating simultaneously. For those affected, in general, the only solution seems to be uninstalling BBConnect software.

This issue is still under investigation with the highest priority.
